At Pension Services, Inc., maintaining our clients’ trust and confidence is of paramount importance. We are committed to safeguarding our clients’ personal information and the personal information of the employees of our clients, as well as to providing our clients with facts about our privacy policy.

Our Privacy Principles
  • We do not sell our clients’ personal information or the personal information of the employees of our clients.
  • We do not provide our clients’ personal information or the personal information of the employees of our clients to unaffiliated persons or entities unless authorized by our clients. “Unaffiliated persons or entities” may include the CPAs and/or the investment advisors of our clients, or any other individuals our clients authorize, including governmental agencies that may request information regarding our clients’ retirement plans.
  • We afford prospective clients and former clients the same protections as existing clients with regard to the use of personal information.

This notice replaces all previous statements of our privacy policy, and may be amended at any time. We will provide our clients with revised policies if there are any changes in how we handle our clients’ personal information or the personal information of the employees of our clients. I. Information We Collect

As part of providing our clients with our services, we obtain nonpublic information about our clients and the employees of our clients. The information that we collect is necessary for us to perform our duties as the third-party administrator for the retirement plans of our clients.

II. Information That We Share

Our clients frequently request that we share information with respect to their retirement plans with their CPAs, their investment advisors and/or the investment providers for their retirement plans. Providing this information allows all parties involved with our clients’ retirement plans to ensure that all parties have all information necessary to adequately perform their duties with respect to the retirement plans. Therefore, upon receipt of authorization by our clients, we will provide the authorized parties with all requested information with respect to our clients’ retirement plans.
In addition, and when authorized by our clients, we will provide governmental agencies that legally request information regarding our clients’ retirement plan with such requested information.

III. Confidentiality and Security

The security of our clients’ personal information and the personal information of the employees of our clients is important to us. Only those persons within PSI who need information relating to our clients and/or their employees in order to perform their job have access to this information.
